Role Summary:
The Marketing Performance Data Analyst will be responsible for driving marketing intelligence and performance visibility across the go-to-market organization. This role involves building and maintaining reporting infrastructure in DOMO to track SaaS marketing KPIs, funnel health, and pipeline performance. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of SaaS metrics and modern dashboarding best practices, and is eager to grow into a senior analytics role by learning the full depth of our business — from lead generation through customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Marketing Performance Reporting — Own and execute reporting for core SaaS marketing and GTM KPIs including MQL/SQL volume, lead-to-opportunity conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, channel attribution, and campaign ROI. Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to troubleshoot data discrepancies and evolve reporting as business needs shift.

Business Intelligence & Dashboarding — Design, develop, and maintain marketing performance dashboards in DOMO, applying strong dashboarding principles (clear hierarchy, actionable metrics, appropriate drill-downs, minimal noise). Perform ad-hoc analyses to support Marketing and Revenue Operations teams. Translate complex data into clear, compelling visual stories that drive decision-making.

Funnel & Pipeline Analytics — Serve as the go-to analyst for marketing funnel and pipeline reporting — tracking stage-over-stage conversion, identifying bottlenecks, and surfacing insights that help the GTM team optimize spend and effort. Develop and maintain KPI definitions and measurement frameworks aligned to SaaS best practices.

Workflow Automation & Data Operations — Build and maintain automated data feeds, alerts, and notification workflows within DOMO. Streamline recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data freshness. Support DOMO administration, staying current with platform releases and capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications

DOMO — Strong hands-on experience with DOMO is required. You should be comfortable building dashboards, dataflows, and automated alerts — and have opinions about how to do it well.

SaaS Marketing Metrics — Solid working knowledge of key SaaS KPIs and marketing metrics: MQL, SQL, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, payback period, funnel velocity, and attribution modeling. You should be able to speak fluently about what these mean and why they matter.

Dashboarding Best Practices — You understand what makes a dashboard useful versus decorative. Experience applying design principles like progressive disclosure, consistent KPI framing, and audience-appropriate detail.
Additional Qualifications

HubSpot — Familiarity with HubSpot's marketing and CRM tools is a plus, particularly for understanding campaign data, lead workflows, and reporting integrations.

Salesforce — Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures is a plus for integration and funnel reporting, but not required.

SQL — Basic familiarity with SQL concepts is a plus. This role won't require query writing initially, but a foundational understanding will serve you well as you grow into more advanced analytics over time. (Think of it less as a job requirement and more as a career investment.)
Growth Opportunity: This role is designed for someone who wants to grow with the company. You'll start by owning marketing analytics and progressively expand into broader business intelligence as you learn the nuances of our data, our customers, and our operations. We're looking for curiosity and ambition — not just someone who can build a dashboard, but someone who asks why the numbers look that way.
