Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for further enabling the success of Beusa's Digital Culture within Company Operations. The individual will achieve this by driving technology adoption and data-oriented decision-making specifically throughout Beusa's Field Operations. This position will be responsible for identifying technology gaps and digital opportunities within the Operations organization and will work to address these areas in a variety of ways. Individual will engage in training personnel on new and existing software, dashboards, applications, or best practices, and will lead process and/or workflow refinement or modification based on data analytics. Additionally, the Optimization Data Analyst will partner directly with Beusa Customers to achieve mutually beneficial digital objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.")
  • Work closely with Field Operations, Engineering, and Asset Integrity teams to drive technology in accordance with Beusa's Digital Culture.
  • Identify existing gaps and/or new opportunities to optimize overall data strategy or the efficacy of said strategy, specific to Field Operations
  • This may include identification of new datasets, sensor installations, applications, software packages, or areas for automation. It may also include creating or refining existing dashboards, creating/delivering training programs, and the integration of new data-driven processes, etc.
  • Manage and support the implementation and execution of EVO's Vibration Monitoring Strategy
  • This includes the strategizing of new and existing fleet VMS deployments, model development, alarm strategy, system upkeep, and opportunities to expand vibration monitoring
  • Will be required to visit field locations regularly. Frequent contact with field operations personnel will be critical to technology deployments, as well as the identification and management of gaps and opportunities. It will also allow for the delivery of hands-on training, demonstrations, and support.
  • Understand Beusa's current technology stack and recognize ways in which we can bring data, insights, and information closer to our decision points
  • Work with a multi-disciplined team to gather requirements and execute current and future technology projects
  • Facilitate data analytics with specific, immediate impact to operations, including, but not limited to, equipment performance, fleet move analytics, and efficiency metrics
  • Assist with the continuous development and implementation of Beusa's overall data strategy, particularly in deploying emerging technologies to fleet operations
  • Educate current and potential stakeholders on the technology stack, driving data literacy and continued Digital Culture adoption
  • Be an internal and external advocate for Beusa's Digital Culture
  • Assist with troubleshooting Digital Platform issues, data questions, etc.
  • Be flexible, able to grow and evolve in and with this role as business and/or customer needs change.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Successfully passes all applicable general pre-employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre-employment drug screening, pre-employment fit tests, pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
  • Proficiency in the spoken English language.
  • Position requires in-person, predictable attendance.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE LEVEL:
  • BA/BS Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field. An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in a field-focused engineering, technical, or analytics role, preferably in Oil & Gas.
    • Candidates with previous experience in the Pressure Pumping/Hydraulic Fracturing industry are highly preferred.
  • Understanding of and comfort level with data, analytics, technology, reporting, and automation. Must also understand how these digital cornerstones drive organizational value.

The Optimization Analyst may be required to lift heavy objects; therefore, the Optimization Analyst must be able to lift 25lbs.
Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination, depending on job demands.
