Currently, Apex supports about 50 leading market area brands across the country. We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven SEO/Site Content Analyst to join our Apex Partner Services digital team dedicated to a specific Apex region. This role will report to the Head of Digital Marketing and is pivotal to implementing our website strategy and maximizing our online web properties to drive performance across various customer journeys to connect with our partners.

 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative SEO & Website Optimization Analyst to develop and execute strategies that drive organic growth and conversions across each website of the Apex region matrixed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing our website optimization and SEO strategy, executing on a robust testing program, and leveraging customer profile insights to maximize conversion potential in supporting our operating partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute SEO/Website Optimization Strategy: Implement SEO strategies to focus on site performance, adherence to E.E.A.T. and core web vitals guidelines, and technical on-page and off-page opportunities to drive measurable improvements.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize website elements and conversion funnels. Utilize heatmapping tools to gain user insights and inform testing roadmaps to drive incremental conversions.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Use tools like GA4 to monitor and evaluate SEO metrics, keyword rankings, and content performance. Create actionable and insightful reports to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Industry & Technical Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of CMS platforms (especially WordPress/Elementor), hosting environments, SSL certificates, server architecture and site operations. Ensure compliance with ADA, TCPA, and other relevant privacy policies.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Proven experience collaborating with various digital marketing teams (SEM, Email, Social, Brand) to amplify messaging and optimize campaign performance. Work effectively with IT to manage domains and ensure reliable uptime and website security.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in search engines, SEO and broader digital marketing topics to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective. Have a well-informed perspective on the role of AI in content generation and SEO.
  • Capture Best Practices: Adhere to SEO/website standards and best practices. Work through site audit checklist for internal and external teams to ensure consistency and standards of execution.
  • Local Brand Support: Support our local brands with websites that accurately reflect brand personality and deep connection to the local community.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology, digital media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, website optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge and passion for SEO trends and UX/UI best practices.
  • Some understanding of website tech stack WordPress/Elementor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Schema.org.
  • Strong understanding of website design principles and role of the website in driving conversions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Experience in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, etc.) to measure performance and inform strategy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with holding website agencies accountable a plus.

Role Requirements:

  • Role is full-time in Irving-Las Colinas, TX
  • All employees must work in our office 4 days a week, with Wednesdays as an optional remote day
