Senior Analyst, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

At Cirque du Soleil, every digital interaction is an opportunity to inspire. As a Senior Analyst, Conversion Rate Optimization, you will own the strategy, execution, and evolution of how we turn interest into action across our digital ecosystem.
This is not a reporting role. You will operate as a strategic partner to web experience, marketing, and engineering; identifying opportunities, designing experiments, and driving measurable improvements in conversion across global markets. You will be the subject matter expert in conversion rate optimization and experimentation strategy, defining long-term vision, governance, and frameworks that guide digital optimization efforts globally. You will directly shape how audiences experience Cirque digitally, removing friction and ensuring more fans make it from curiosity to the magic of a live show.
What You'll Do
  • Evolve Cirque's CRO roadmap across websites and digital purchase flows.
  • Identify friction points and opportunities across the full funnel, from landing to checkout.
  • Present strategic recommendations, experimentation insights, and roadmap priorities to executive leadership.
  • Partner closely with web, engineering, and marketing teams to prioritize and implement improvements.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous optimization across the organization.
  • Establish and evolve enterprise-wide experimentation methodologies, governance, and measurement standards.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion and user experience.
  • Mentor analysts and cross-functional teams on experimentation best practices, statistical rigor, and optimization strategy.

  • Operate as the organization's leading expert in experimentation and conversion optimization.
  • Solves highly ambiguous and complex digital experience challenges with minimal oversight, while aligning to broader strategic priorities.
  • Act as a connective tissue across teams, bringing perspectives together.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution; you are just as comfortable building a dashboard as you are shaping a roadmap.
  • Think in systems and scalability, not one-off analyses.
  • Leverage AI and automation where it meaningfully accelerates insight generation, experimentation, or workflow efficiency.

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in CRO, digital analytics, or product analytics.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale optimization programs with measurable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in experimentation strategy, statistical methodologies, and conversion optimization frameworks.
  • Advanced understanding of user behavior analytics, customer journey optimization, and conversion improvement strategies.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with event-level and clickstream data.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Adobe Analytics).
  • Ability to independently scope ambiguous problems and drive them through to execution.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing executive leadership.
