Job Summary The SEO Analyst will be responsible for enhancing the company's online presence through executing effective organic on-page and technical SEO strategies. This role involves SEO keyword analysis, generating detailed analytics reports, and optimizing search engine rankings to drive organic traffic. The SEO Analyst requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure SEO efforts are aligned with overall business goals and objectives. Job Duties • Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases (US & International). • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. • Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools. • Assess website health and identify technical issues that may impact search engine indexing. • Generate reports on SEO performance and provide insights for improvement. • Research trends and best practices; stay up to date on industry shifts and search engine algorithms. • Collaborate with content strategists, web developers, marketing and business teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed. Other Duties • Identify and work with all impacted groups and functions to move projects forward. • Technical problem-solving and data analysis. • Resolve incidents and problems throughout the information system lifecycle, including classification, prioritization, initiation of action, documentation of root causes, and implementation of remedies. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a focus on marketing, communications, or a related field. • Minimum of three years of experience in SEO or a related field (e.g. agency or client side) • Must: Strong knowledge and deep expertise in SEO best practices, content optimization techniques, tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). • Must: Ability to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and create reports. • Knowledge of Content Management Systems such as AEM. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile, and deadline-driven environment. • Project management experience.
