Job description

Sales Representative

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.

In this role, you will be an integral part of a sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to implement clients' marketing plan by using your professional expertise, clinical training, and judgement. You will:

  • Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience
  • Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client's needs
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
  • Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years' business to business (B2B) or 1-2 years' pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements:

  • Track record of success with outside sales experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $72,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
