Job description

About the Role: 

As a Clinical Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Cranial Technologies within your territory, building strong relationships with pediatric practices and advocating for the life-changing benefits of the DOC Band for treating plagiocephaly and EarWell for correcting infant ear shapes 

This role is perfect for sales professionals who are passionate about healthcare, excel at relationship-building, and thrive in a fast-paced, impactful role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with Pediatric Practices: Meet with pediatricians and practice staff, providing insights on diagnosing and managing plagiocephaly and sharing the benefits of Cranial Technologies' DOC Band and EarWell. 

  • Promote and Educate: Conduct in-service presentations for all levels of practice staff-from pediatricians to referral coordinators-fostering a thorough understanding of our services and outcomes. 

  • Build and Manage a Territory: Strategically manage relationships in your assigned territory, driving patient referrals to the Cranial Technologies clinic in your territory.  

  • Data Analysis: Leverage data to manage and prioritize the assigned health care provider accounts in your territory efficiently and effectively.  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1+ years of successful B2B, outside sales experience; experience in medical or referral-based sales is a plus. 

  • Self-Starter: Strong initiative and independence in building and managing your own territory. 

  • Quick Learner: Able to absorb new information quickly and apply it in diverse situations. 

  • Professionalism: You represent Cranial Technologies with integrity and commitment.
