What Youll Do

Are you a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing marketing strategies, and delivering measurable impact? As a Social Marketing Sales Representative German/English, you will partner with a portfolio of customers to maximize the performance of their advertising campaigns. By identifying growth opportunities, recommending strategic campaign enhancements, introducing new advertising solutions, and expanding marketing investments, you will play a key role in driving customer success and business results.

You'll report to a Team Lead.

During a Typical Day, Youll

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising clients through proactive consultation, relationship management, and strategic account planning.
  • Conduct client consultations via phone and email to identify opportunities for campaign optimization, upselling, and business growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on advertising platforms, empowering clients to implement best-practice campaign strategies independently.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven advertising campaigns aligned with client goals, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver actionable recommendations to maximize results and ROI.
  • Build trusted client partnerships by delivering consultative support, solving challenges, and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Experience in sales/customer-facing, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in German language, and B2-level English communication skills.
  • Outbound sales and consultative selling, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Strong computer skills for communication, scheduling, and documentation; CRM and sales tool experience is a plus.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple client interactions.

STELLENBESCHREIBUNG

- Kontaktaufnahme mit allen Kunden des zugewiesenen Portfolios per Telefon und E-Mail zur Vereinbarung von Beratungsgesprchen und Upselling-Terminen.
- Analyse und strategische Entwicklung von Account-Management- und Upselling-Anstzen fr die zugewiesenen Kunden.
- Beratung und Problemlsung fr Kunden, um die optimale Verkaufslsung fr ihre Werbekampagnen zu entwickeln und sie zur Erprobung neuer Marketingstrategien zu motivieren.
- Begleitung der Kunden durch die Ads-Plattform, damit sie Kampagnenoptimierungen eigenstndig umsetzen knnen.
- Entwicklung geeigneter Kampagnenstrategien zur Erreichung der Kampagnenziele sowie deren Umsetzung in den Werbeprodukten des Kunden.
- Regelmige (tgliche/intraday) berwachung des Kampagnenfortschritts und Analyse der Kampagnen-Performance zur Beurteilung der Budget- und Zielerreichung.
- Erarbeitung datenbasierter Analysen und Optimierungsempfehlungen fr Kampagnen (im Task-Sheet dokumentiert) sowie deren Umsetzung zur Steigerung der Performance und Erreichung bzw. bertreffung der Kampagnenziele.
- Beratung und Untersttzung der Kunden mit dem Ziel, zustzliche Budgetallokationen zu erwirken durch Erfllung von Ausgabenerwartungen, bertreffung von Kampagnenzielen und Identifizierung weiterer Wachstumschancen.
- Aufbau einer stabilen und vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehung durch analytisch fundierte Account-Optimierung bei gleichzeitiger Steigerung der Programmumstze.
- Arbeiten in einem zielorientierten Umfeld mit individuellen Verkaufszielen als Teil eines greren Vertriebsteams zur Erweiterung der Kundenbasis.

Mindestzielanforderungen:

- Mindestens 4 erfolgreiche Beratungsgesprche pro Tag.
- Mehr als 100% der quartalsweisen internen Zielerreichung, gemessen am im ersten Monat des Quartals festgelegten Ziel.
- 100% Compliance-Einhaltung.
- Einhaltung der von der Programmleitung zu Beginn des Quartals definierten Qualittsstandards.

WEITERE AUFGABEN

- Teilnahme an tglichen Team-Meetings (morgens und abends) zur Tagesplanung und -nachbereitung.
- Teilnahme an wchentlichen Teammeetings zum Austausch von Best Practices, zur Besprechung von Herausforderungen und zur teambergreifenden Zusammenarbeit.
- Bei Bedarf: Untersttzung anderer Vertriebspersonen, Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder sowie Zusammenarbeit bei gemeinsamen Kundenaccounts.
- Eigenstndiges Abhren eigener Gesprche zur Verbesserung der eigenen Fhigkeiten sowie Anhren der Gesprche anderer Vertriebspersonen, um Best Practices zu bernehmen, Feedback zu geben und die eigenen Kompetenzen weiterzuentwickeln.

STELLENANFORDERUNGEN

Ausbildung

Es wird kein spezifischer Bildungsabschluss vorausgesetzt. Das TTEC-Schulungsteam vermittelt im Rahmen des bezahlten Onboarding-Trainings alle erforderlichen Kenntnisse und Fhigkeiten (Produkt, Prozesse und Vertrieb).

Berufserfahrung

Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.

KENNTNISSE UND KOMPETENZEN

Sprachkenntnisse

- C1/C2 (Kompetente Sprachverwendung) per GER in der eingestellten Sprache schriftlich und mndlich, da die Arbeit in dieser Sprache ausgefhrt wird.
- B2 (Selbststndige Sprachverwendung) in Englisch schriftlich und mndlich, da Schulungen, interne Kommunikation und Meetings auf Englisch stattfinden.

IT-Kenntnisse
