Sales Representative – Florida, Georgia, and Alabama Territories


Remote – servicing the Florida, Georgia, and Alabama Territories. Living in territory preferred.


Travel – 50%


Westmoor Mfg. Co., makers of Panhandle Slim & Rock and Roll Denim, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team, specifically covering the Florida, Georgia, and Alabama territories.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling apparel, a strong background in the Western market/lifestyle, and a proven ability to manage a sales territory, including nurturing current accounts and prospecting for new ones within the designated region.


Sales Representative- Your Job Duties

  • Territory Sales & Relationship Management: Maintain a rigorous schedule of appointments to present quarterly product lines to existing customers within the Florida, Georgia, and Alabama territories. This involves presenting product lines or discussing service needs, working closely with both regional and national multi-store accounts, and striving to meet aggressive quarterly sales goals for the assigned region.
  • Prospecting New Accounts: Drive revenue growth by strategically prospecting and acquiring new accounts, expanding our customer base and market reach.
  • Brand Representation & Market Insight: Represent the company at relevant trade shows within the territory or as assigned. You'll serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s brands within our key retail partners’ stores throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Additionally, you'll be expected to bring new and exciting ideas to further promote and highlight company brands/products within key retailers to drive sales.


Sales Representative– You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit)

  • Sales experience in the Apparel or Accessory business – ideally in the Western Market Retail / Fashion.
  • Proven success with developing customer relationships and sales account management.
  • Reliably commute to customers within the Florida, Georgia, and Alabama territories. (Required)
  • Some travel required within the territory. All travel expenses are covered by the company.
  • Experience making presentations to both small and large groups, consisting of professional buyers, business owners, and C-suite executives.
