Onsite: Orange, CA
Pay Range: $25 – $35 per hour (depending on experience)

  • Administer union payroll and support dispatch coordination in alignment with applicable regulations.
  • Monitor compliance requirements through platforms such as DIR, LCP Tracker, and Textura.
  • Track construction job costs and maintain financial data using Foundation Construction software.
  • Support system integrations across accounting and payroll platforms including Oracle, GCPay, and Construction 4 Payroll.
To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience within the construction industry.
  • Practical knowledge of A/P, A/R, payroll processing, AIA billing, and job cost reporting.
  • Handson experience with construction accounting systems such as Foundation Construction, Oracle, or GCPay.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an active work environment.
  • A detaildriven, accountable work style with clear communication and consistent followthrough.
  • Ability to commute to and work onsite in Orange, CA.
