We are hiring a Payroll Processing Associate for a 12-month onsite contract opportunity in Columbus, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with payroll, administrative, or data entry experience.

Pay Rate: $18.80/hour on W2
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Process manual payroll check requests using internal payroll systems.
Maintain payroll data with accuracy and confidentiality.
Communicate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
Perform data entry and support payroll operations.
Work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.
Required Qualifications:
0–2 years of payroll, administrative, or data entry experience.
Payroll experience is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Access.
Strong data entry and 10-key skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility to work outside scheduled hours when required.
Training on internal payroll systems will be provided.
