Summary

The Canada Payroll Processor will be responsible for providing payroll services support to our client base. This is a fast-paced environment with emphasis on personal initiative. This is a tremendous opportunity for a skilled payroll professional who is interested in interfacing with clients in order to provide "best-in-class" payroll expertise. Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Processes payrolls using Workday

  • Generates on-demand payments as requested

  • Enters and maintains employee master file records

  • Assists with new client implementations as needed

  • Maintains payroll services support documentation

  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • Log activity into Cthe lient Manager ticketing system

  • Provides outstanding payroll services support

  • FPC required before or within 6 months of hire

  • Experience in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of payroll and payroll processing is preferred

  • Experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce programs
