Key Responsibilities:

โ€ขย Recipe Creation & Execution: Develop, test, and execute a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring consistency and high quality.

โ€ขย Menu Development: Collaborate with the executive chef or management team to design seasonal and innovative dessert menus.

โ€ขย Quality Control: Monitor the appearance, taste, and texture of all pastries and baked goods, maintaining the highest standards.
