Position Overview

Closet Factory Westchester & Fairfield Is Seeking Polished, Outgoing Part-time Event Staffers to Support Our Retail Roadshows and Lead Generation Events Throughout Fairfield County and Westchester County.

This Role Is Ideal for Someone Looking for:

Events Typically Occur 1–2 Weekends per Month and Run Friday Through Sunday.

The Primary Responsibility Is Generating Interest and Qualified Leads for Our Custom Home Organization Services While Professionally Representing the Closet Factory Brand.

Responsibilities
  • Staff Branded Event Booth/Tent at Retail Partner Locations
  • Engage Shoppers in a Friendly, Professional, Non-pushy Manner
  • Explain Closet Factory Products and Services at a High Level
  • Generate and Qualify Customer Leads for In-home Consultations
  • Enter Customer Information Accurately into Salesforce Using Laptop/Tablet
  • Maintain a Polished and Organized Booth Presence
  • Coordinate with Management Regarding Event Performance and Lead Quality
