Job description

Customer Success Manager – Spray DronesPosition Summary
DMR Technologies is seeking a relationship-driven Customer Success Manager – Spray Drones to become the primary point of contact for our growing network of agricultural equipment dealers, commercial operators, and drone customers.
Once a customer purchases a DMR spray drone—or a dealership joins our dealer network—your mission begins.
You will help customers confidently launch, operate, demonstrate, support, and grow their drone programs. Whether you're onboarding a 20-location agricultural dealership, training a first-time drone owner, assisting a commercial applicator, or helping troubleshoot a field issue, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers succeed long after the sale.
This position combines customer success, account management, technical support, product demonstrations, and relationship building into one highly visible role.
What You'll DoCustomer Success
  •  Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned dealer and customer accounts.
  •  Build long-term partnerships through proactive communication and regular follow-up.
  •  Ensure customers remain engaged and successful after purchasing DMR equipment.
  •  Identify opportunities for additional equipment, accessories, training, and services.
Dealer Development
  •  Onboard new agricultural equipment dealers.
  •  Conduct dealership launch meetings.
  •  Help dealers develop their drone sales strategy.
  •  Train dealership personnel on DMR products.
  •  Support dealers during their first demonstrations and customer deliveries.
Customer Training
  •  Conduct product demonstrations.
  •  Deliver train-the-trainer sessions.
  •  Help first-time drone operators become confident users.
  •  Assist with startup, maintenance, firmware updates, and best practices.
  •  Support both in-person and virtual training.
Customer Support
Be the first call when customers need help.
Examples include:
  •  "My drone won't arm."
  •  "A nozzle broke."
  •  "I'm getting an error message."
  •  "How do I update firmware?"
  •  "Can someone help me quote a spray job?"
  •  "How do I calibrate my aircraft?"
You won't be expected to know every answer—but you will own the customer relationship and coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Production, or Technical Support until issues are resolved.
Travel & Field Support
  •  Travel throughout the United States to support dealers and customers.
  •  Conduct site visits and product demonstrations.
  •  Attend trade shows and customer events.
  •  Assist Sales with key account launches and strategic opportunities.
Expected travel: 25–50%
