C.C. Creations, the largest printing and embroidery company in the state of Texas, is hiring a TROPHY & AWARD PRODUCTION ARTIST to join an ambitious and growing team. A Trophy and Award Production Assistant assists with assembly, plating, and mounting of various trophies, medals, plaques, and awards. Employees at C.C. Creations must be highly motivated, provide exceptional customer service, and act as an essential component of the positive and respectful work environment.

What will you do as a Trophy & Award Production Artist?

  • Stock goods in designated areas
  • Design layouts for awards
  • Package and scan jobs upon completion
  • Assemble trophies, plaques, medals, and an assortment of awards
  • Adhere to daily production schedules
  • Perform quality checks on finished products
  • Operate Laser Engraver
  • Follow all safety and operational procedures

Additional Requirements:

  • One year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in computer graphic design software (Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator)
  • Ability to accurately use and read measuring tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
  • Motivation to be a team player with a service-oriented mindset
  • Physical ability to bend, twist, and lift
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Physical ability to stand on a concrete surface for long periods of time

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
