Job description

About TEAM LEWIS

TEAM LEWIS is a global marketing agency that has grown from start-up to multi-national in a little over two decades. Its success is due to a combination of factors: talented creatives delivering award winning campaigns; expanding client relationships into new markets or services; its independence from outside investors. The agency, its people and client campaigns have won many awards, including Cannes Lions, PRovoke Media, ICCO, European Excellence, PRCA Digital, Digital Impact, Global Digital Excellence.

At the heart of the business is the TEAM LEWIS Foundation (TLF), a non-profit charitable entity. Since its launch in 2021, it has funded over 2,600 causes. The TLF promotes a wide variety of social, cultural, and environmental causes that benefit society. It aims to strengthen the bonds between the creative industries, businesses, government, and non-profits. Community charities are championed by employees who, in addition to the financial donation, volunteer their time and skills to maximize the grants’ effectiveness.

Purpose of the role

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping TEAM LEWIS’ business development team with the content, tools, insights and processes needed to engage prospects effectively and convert opportunities into revenue.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role supports the full sales cycle—from prospect research and qualification through credentials, proposals, pitches and handoff. The Sales Enablement Manager will coordinate agency expertise, maintain high-quality sales materials and establish consistent ways of working that improve the speed and quality of new-business activity.

The role will also support the marketing team with event planning and public relations activity that increases agency visibility, strengthens its reputation and creates opportunities for prospect engagement.

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Build and maintain the agency’s sales toolkit, including credentials, case studies, proposals, pitch materials, talk tracks and objection-handling guidance.

  • Support priority opportunities from prospect research and qualification through proposal, pitch, follow-up and handoff.

  • Coordinate RFIs, RFPs, credentials requests and pitches, managing timelines, contributors, reviews and final delivery with prospects and internal teams across, PR, Paid Media, Organic Social, Performance Analytics, Research & Strategy, Creative, and leadership.

  • Research target companies, sectors, competitors and decision-makers to strengthen outreach and sales conversations.

  • Prepare pitch teams through briefings, rehearsals, anticipated questions and clear presenter roles.

  • Establish consistent processes for opportunity intake, qualification, pitch management and sales-to-delivery handoff.

  • Maintain accurate sales content, CRM records and reporting to improve pipeline visibility and team effectiveness.

  • Develop onboarding, training and practical resources that help the sales team communicate the agency’s capabilities confidently.

  • Capture prospect feedback, objections and lessons from wins and losses to improve future sales activity.

  • Support marketing with agency events, roundtables and networking programs, including planning, guest outreach, logistics and follow-up.

  • Help convert events into commercial opportunities by identifying target attendees, capturing leads and coordinating timely sales follow-up.

  • Support public relations activity—including awards, speaking opportunities, announcements and thought leadership—aligned with the agency’s commercial priorities.

About you

You are highly organized, commercially minded and comfortable working at pace. You understand that effective sales enablement is not simply about producing attractive materials—it is about helping the sales team have stronger conversations, respond more effectively and move the right opportunities toward conversion.

You are a strong writer, confident project manager and collaborative partner who can gather input from multiple stakeholders and shape it into one clear, persuasive story. You can move fluidly between developing a proposal, coordinating an event and supporting a PR opportunity while maintaining a consistently high standard.

You are proactive and solutions-oriented. You anticipate what teams will need, identify gaps before they become problems and reliably follow through against tight deadlines.

You will have

  • Experience in sales enablement, business development, proposal management or marketing, ideally within an agency, professional services or B2B environment.

  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with experience developing proposals, presentations and other sales materials.

  • Excellent project-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines.

  • Experience supporting events and public relations activities, including awards, speaking opportunities and thought leadership.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented and commercially minded approach, with confidence using CRM, presentation, project-management and AI tools.
