At Greenix our Retention Professionals receive inbound calls from our current customer base. Successful Loyalty Agents determine customer needs and root concerns and provide a white-glove experience resulting in delighting the customer. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year with Paid training (Hourly + Commission).
