About The Team Our Language Management Center (LMC) team within Global Business Marketing (GBM) offers an array of translation and localization services to all TikTok functional teams included in Global Business Solutions. Our teams' working scope includes written content that will appear on the TikTok For Business official website, external communication materials, sponsorship plans, marketing solutions, training materials, and articles posted on our knowledge center. We are currently looking for a Localization Project Manager to join our team. The applicant should have a proven record of executing complex projects and managing a wide variety of assignments while adhering to the highest standards of quality and integrity. Responsibilities - Manage each step of the localization process: initiating, executing, and closing projects - Communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders-especially stakeholders from the North America markets-to ensure effective cross-team collaboration - Coordinate with internal requestors and external LSPs to guarantee on-time, high-quality delivery of written content - Analyze source files to identify potential challenges and establish preventative measures - Keep a running record of financial data for each project to ensure expenditure does not exceed the budget - Organize training sessions for LSPs to review feedback and troubleshoot all project-related issues - Propose suggestions to the team for process improvement and tool and system optimization
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience is required - Minimum 4 years of localization project management experience - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English - Proven track record of managing language localization projects and previous experience collaborating with LSPs in the North America - Detail-oriented, quality-focused with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with computer-aided translation platform or tools such as SDL Studio,XTM Cloud, or WorldServer - Cross-functional collaboration experience working with stakeholders from product, marketing, or technology teams is a plus

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $143640 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
