Job description

Overview

The ECLM Sustain Lead is responsible for the ongoing support, governance, reporting, continuous improvement, and long-term success of the Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (ECLM) platform. This role leads the sustainment team, ensuring platform stability, service excellence, user adoption, and business value realization while driving scalable support processes, reporting capabilities, and future-phase localization efforts across global markets.


Responsibilities

Sustainment Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and develop the ECLM sustainment team, including support resources, business analysts, administrators, and vendors.
  • Manage platform operations, SLA performance, incident resolution, backlog management, and release activities.
  • Establish and improve governance, support processes, and operating models to ensure long-term platform success.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Lead development and maintenance of ECLM dashboards, KPIs, executive scorecards, and value realization reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights on system performance, adoption, operational health, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and analytics strategies.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive process optimization, automation, knowledge management, and standardization initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, clause libraries, integrations, and user experience.
  • Maintain a roadmap for sustainment enhancements and operational improvements.

Localization & Future Phase Support

  • Lead language localization efforts for future deployment phases, ensuring translated attributes and regional business requirements are incorporated.
  • Support deployment readiness, adoption, and transition-to-support activities across regions.
  • Balance global standards with local regulatory and business requirements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sustainment operations, enhancements, and governance.
  • Facilitate governance forums and communicate platform performance, risks, priorities, and roadmap updates to leadership.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

  • 7+ years supporting enterprise applications, CLM/ECLM platforms, or similar SaaS solutions.
  • 3+ years leading teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in application support, governance, service delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong reporting and analytics experience, including executive dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting global deployments, localization initiatives, and regional business requirements.
