Job Title: IdMS Localization QA

Pay Rate: $60-63 per hour
Overview
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Localization QA Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality localized products across 50+ languages. This role will coordinate localization QA efforts, perform exploratory testing on localization tools, document and track defects, and collaborate closely with internal teams and international vendor testers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of localization workflows, software quality assurance, and project management. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering a seamless user experience for global customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate localization QA activities across multiple languages and regions.
  • Conduct exploratory testing and quality assurance of localization tools and processes.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify bugs and localization issues.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendor testing teams to ensure project quality and consistency.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful and timely releases.
  • Investigate and prioritize linguistic and localization-related issues across supported territories.
  • Communicate project risks, blockers, and quality concerns proactively.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to localization workflows and tools.
Required Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of localization workflows, software QA, and online production processes.
  • Experience performing quality assurance on localization tools and executing exploratory testing methodologies.
  • Proven experience with localization testing, tool testing, bug tracking, and localization project management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
  • Experience delivering projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications
