Catholic Charities New Hampshire is seeking a detail-oriented Part time
Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time while supporting benefit administration for more than 1,000 employees across the organization.
Reporting to the
Manager of Payroll & Benefits, you'll provide payroll support throughout Catholic Charities NH, with primary responsibility for
St. Jacinta, while helping administer employee benefits, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and delivering outstanding customer service to employees.
What You'll Do
- Process accurate and timely payroll for St. Jacinta.
- Provide payroll support across Catholic Charities NH.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Audit payroll, HRIS, and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile benefit invoices and coordinate with Finance.
- Support annual Open Enrollment and employee benefit communications.
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits questions.
- Prepare payroll and benefits reports and reconciliations.
- Assist with HR projects and departmental initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of payroll and benefits administration experience.
- At least 1 year of HRIS experience.
- Experience with UKG Pro, UKG Workforce Management, and Benefits Hub is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
