Children's Choice is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to support hiring and onboarding across multiple preschool locations. This role is responsible for candidate screening, interview coordination, credential verification, and onboarding support.
We are looking for an organized, professional candidate who communicates well, manages details effectively, and helps ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
• Review applications, screen candidates, and verify qualifications and credentials.
• Coordinate interviews with site leadership and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Post and manage job openings in the applicant tracking system.
• Support onboarding by assisting with offer letters, orientation scheduling, and required documentation.
