Job Summary:

  The Registered Nurse is responsible for independently utilizing the nursing process to safely, therapeutically and efficiently care for patients receiving Surgical Services based on HMNH's policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Ability to perform post-anesthesia assessment nursing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills

Licensure and Certification:

  • Current CA RN license
  • Current BLS, ACLS and PALS provider cards
  • Certification in this specialty preferred

Education:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) required
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred

Experience:

  • 1 year PACU or critical care experience required
