Requirements:

  • Education & License: BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) preferred/required + active Massachusetts RN license.
  • Certifications: BLS required; PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required or strongly preferred for pediatric units.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of clinical RN experience in pediatrics, pediatric ICU (PICU), or pediatric surgical/PACU settings is strongly preferred (some specialized positions require up to 3 years).
