Job description

Non-Clinical Location: Onsite, 4600 Montgomery Road Suite 300, Cincinnati, OH 45212
Hours: Option of part time (24 hours per work week, Sunday - Saturday) or full time (36 hours per work week, Sunday - Saturday)
Position Overview
We are currently supporting a health system in Eastern Standard Time zone that is partnering with Prolink to support its Central Staffing Office operations.
This role will match RN and Nursing Assistant (or similar roles) schedules to meet hospital unit staffing needs. It will be based at our headquarters located at 4600 Montgomery Road and will support a 24/7 call center environment responsible for handling staffing requests and employee call-offs. Option of part time (24 hours per work week, Sunday - Saturday) or full time (36 hours per work week, Sunday - Saturday).
Key responsibilities include:
  • Match RN and Nursing Assistant (or similar roles) schedules to meet hospital unit staffing needs
  • Communicating professionally via phone, video calls (Zoom/Teams), and email with hospital staff, charge nurses, and unit leaders
  • Auditing documentation of call-offs, shift requests, and shift pickups within the hospital UKG/Kronos Timekeeping and HRIS system
  • Providing timely and accurate customer service support in a fast-paced environment
  • Using UKG/Kronos Reports to ensure accuracy of schedule
  • Communicating with the hospital leadership teams to ensure RN and nursing assistant staff are assigned to units

Requirements and additional information:
  • Must have current, unencumbered Ohio RN license. Upon hire, RN will be required to obtain a RN license in the client's state.
  • Must have previous hospital management experience, such as unit manager, house supervisor, or like hospital setting experience.
  • Experience working within Microsoft systems is required
  • Experience working within UKG/Kronos and/or HRIS platforms is highly preferred.
  • Shifts: 8am - 8pm, 8pm - 8am
  • Shifts are consistent and will not rotate. (Ex. if assigned AM, will always work AM. If assigned PM, will always work PM)
  • Flexibility is required, days worked in the week will vary. No block scheduling, unless working weekend shifts.
  • Every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday) required for all shifts
  • Pay: Day shift (8am - 8pm) @ $44/hour, Night shift (8pm - 8am) @ $48/hour, Weekend Differential (Saturday, Sunday) @ +$10/hour)
