LifeHealth, a federal government contractor, is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to provide non-clinical case management services to the Wisconsin Army National Guard (WIARNG) Health System Services (HSS) office.
Location:
WIARNG Joint Force Headquarters
2400 Wright Street
Madison, WI 53704
Monday - Friday 0630-1700
Travel: Periodic travel to Volk Field, Camp Douglas, WI for SRP Events
Job Description:
The Non-Clinical Case Manager serves as the senior on-site case management professional supporting the Wisconsin Army National Guard (WIARNG) Health Systems Services (HSS) office. This is a dual-responsibility role: the incumbent performs the full scope of non-clinical case management duties while also acting as the primary point of contact between contractor staff, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and the Contracting Officer. The position is designated Key Personnel under the contract.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Registered professional nurse must possess an unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in non-clinical case management, hospital administration, or human resources.
  • Clinical experience sufficient to apply biological, physical, and behavioral sciences to Soldier health assessment, counseling, and care coordination.
  • Experience in Behavioral Health settings; demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and express genuine empathy toward each individual's situation.
  • Must not have been convicted of, pled guilty to, pled nolo contender to, or received probation before judgement for any crime other than a minor traffic violation, the record of which has not been expunged.
  • Must not have had any professional licensure or certification withheld, suspended, revoked, or denied, and the candidate must not have surrendered or allowed a professional license or certification to have expired or lapsed because of an investigation or disciplinary action
  • Must be able to obtain a minimum National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) with Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check
    • Able to favorably pass a preliminary background check
    • Able to gain required access to facilities, information systems, and/or information subject to the security procedures set forth
Physical Demands:
Position requires frequent standing or walking. Ability to access files, supplies and equipment. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
Work Environment:
Work environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, chemicals etc. Subject to frequent interruptions.
H&W: This position receives H&W up to 40 hours/week
