About Nightingale's List

Sourced by ZipRecruiter

Founded in 2014, Nightingale’s List is a passionate team of staffing professionals on a mission to get nurses work that fits them. As Southern California’s premier nurse staffing agency, we create situations in which everyone wins — healthcare providers get the support they need and nurses can support themselves and their families. Thanks to our dedication to excellence, we’re the area’s fastest-growing staffing agency, and we’re excited to continue our tradition of personalized relationship-building in the healthcare community. At the end of the day, quality patient care matters most. However, patient care suffers when there isn’t enough staff. When staff runs short, it’s hard to meet patients’ needs, and existing staff gets worn out. We’re here to prevent that from happening. We support California’s dynamic healthcare system with flexible staffing solutions. We also cultivate beneficial connections between nurses, healthcare providers, and the patients we all serve. When you choose Nightingale’s List, you can rest assured that we’ll always go the extra mile to create the optimal situation for you. We believe it’s our job to protect your interests, and we’re good at what we do. Let us move your career forward.
