Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator (up to 24 hrs/week)

Position Summary

V-Power Equipment is seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to support the company’s marketing, branding, and customer engagement efforts. This role will assist with social media management, content creation, promotions, community outreach, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys storytelling, understands customer engagement, and can help showcase V-Power Equipment’s products, services, and company culture in a professional and engaging way.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Capture photos and videos of equipment, inventory, events, staff, and customer projects
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages as directed
  • Assist with online advertising campaigns and promotions
  • Help maintain website content and updates

Branding & Content Creation

  • Develop marketing materials including flyers, promotional graphics, advertisements, and email campaigns
  • Ensure branding consistency across all marketing efforts
  • Assist with writing marketing copy, announcements, and promotional messaging
  • Support seasonal campaigns, sales events, and community outreach initiatives

Community & Customer Engagement

  • Coordinate local marketing efforts and community involvement opportunities
  • Assist with customer appreciation events, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Help gather customer testimonials and success stories
  • Support recruitment marketing and company culture initiatives as needed

Administrative Support

  • Maintain marketing calendars and promotional schedules
  • Track marketing projects and deadlines
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and external partners as needed
  • Assist leadership with additional marketing-related projects

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media management, or related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Canva, social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools preferred
  • Photography and video editing experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Professional, creative, and detail-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods
  • Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to travel locally for events, job sites, or promotional activities if needed

Schedule

  • Part-time hours based on business needs – up to 24 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Some evening or weekend event support may occasionally be required

Compensation
