Job Summary
Selby's Soul Food & Cheesesteaks in Waldorf is seeking a hands-on, part-time marketing coordinator whose primary goal will be increasing restaurant sales and catering business. This is not simply a social media posting position. You will be responsible for executing a structured local marketing plan that includes short-form video, Google Business Profile, customer email/text marketing, local business outreach, catering lead follow-up and weekly performance tracking.
Responsibilities 
  • Success in this position is measured by restaurant orders, catering leads, repeat customers and revenue—not followers or likes.
Qualifications
  • Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms, including understanding social media trends
  • Familiarity with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite, photo editing software, and video editing software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
