What You'll Do:

Your mission is simple:

Schedule qualified discovery meetings.

You'll receive access to thousands of warm and researched business leads inside our CRM. Your responsibility is to reach decision-makers, introduce Aeopic, identify potential opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings for our leadership team.

You are not expected to close the sale.

Our Closing team handles all discovery meetings, platform demonstrations, pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Your focus is opening doors.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to business owners and executives
  • Follow up with existing prospects
  • Build rapport and uncover business challenges
  • Qualify prospects using our training process
  • Schedule discovery meetings on our calendar
  • Keep CRM notes organized and accurate
  • Meet weekly activity and appointment goals
  • Work closely with leadership to improve messaging and results

Compensation:

During your first 90 days, you'll participate in our paid performance review period.

First 30 Days

  • Higher introductory commission structure to reward early success

Days 31–90

  • Standard commission structure

At the end of your 90-day review, high-performing team members may be offered the opportunity to:

  • Continue as a commission-based sales professional, or
  • Transition into an hourly Sales Development Representative position.
