Job Description
We're looking for part-time to full-time Sales Development Representatives to impact the overall success of our clients' organizations, create revenue for them, helping them to truly grow and thrive. This is accomplished through highly targeted email and phone outreach among other methods, based on a holistic view of their business and a comprehensive understanding of their unique sales and marketing funnel.

Ability to take direction and work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication: Ability to clearly, concisely and professionally communicate with prospects via phone and digital outreach
Strong time management skills: Ability to balance tasks and prioritize activities that will maximize results
Coachable: A desire to learn more about marketing, sales, and strategies to develop and execute revenue generating programs. Willingness to implement new strategies and continuous improvement to increase effectiveness on an ongoing basis
Quick learner: Strong listening skills, with an ability to absorb and retain new information and make quick pivots accordingly
Feedback communication: Open to feedback from team, clients and leads, as well as willingness to provide feedback when appropriate
Essential Functions
• Systematic digital outreach, phone calls and specialized approaches to qualify leads and hunt for revenue opportunities for our clients
• Actively engage leads and generating interest with our client's target audience
• Quickly absorb new information and articulate that information to express the benefits for prospects
• Work closely with fellow team members to implement and manage ongoing business development campaigns for our clients
• Constantly improve your skills through training, coaching, lunch & learns, and mentoring on both an individual and group level
• Working with various platforms such as Salesforce, MS Excel, and PowerPoint to record activity and prospect information
