Job description

DESCRIPTION
Telstar Networks is hiring for part-time (20 to 30 hours) telephone operators for our Answering Services and Alarm Monitoring Department to start immediately. Weekend, Night and Holiday Availability is Required. Flexible hours are preferred.
Job Duties include:
  • Taking detailed messages as per client
  • Paging and/or arranging multiple party calls
  • Making temporary changes to client information
  • Having a basic understanding of the product and services provided by the client
  • Acting as a direct representative of the client when receiving calls
  • Use of proper telephone etiquette

REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to perform all job duties listed to the best of your ability
