Pay: $20.00/hour
We are seeking an Office Administrator whose work ethic and objective aligns with our goals to deliver the highest quality service, maximum efficiency and consistency.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily administrative support to regional management and site management.
  • Correspond regularly with applicants, employees, and management in person, via email and telephone.
  • Interview applicants, conduct new hire orientation; background checks; employment verifications; time off requests and generate various documentation as needed.
  • Maintain and safeguard confidential information.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School diploma required. Minimum 2 years of prior administrative experience required.
  • Applicant must meet our minimum hiring age, have a valid state issued Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and editing skills. Ability to read and comprehend instruction, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Fluency in both English & Spanish a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Internet & Google Interface.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of human resources/employment practices highly desired, excellent customer service skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Requires strong ability to multitask, take own initiative, be a proactive problem solver, set priorities, organize work, and meet deadlines. Ability to work well under stress.
