We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead operations at a 62-bed skilled nursing facility in Batavia, NY. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, resident-focused leader with a strong background in operational management, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

About the Role

The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day facility operations while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services. This leader will collaborate with clinical, financial, and regional partners to support ongoing performance, survey readiness, and a strong resident and employee experience.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and direction for all facility departments
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and organizational standards
Drive census growth, financial performance, and resident satisfaction

Active New York State Nursing Home Administrator license required
