Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time therapists, offering consistent and continuous support to clients.
  • Utilize creative and innovative approaches in therapy, employing various interventions to help clients achieve and surpass their personal goals.
  • Document each session meticulously according to company protocols, including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team, case managers, families, and educational personnel to uphold the quality of care and service delivery.
  • Participate in regular clinical staff meetings and ongoing training to enhance professional development and team cohesion.
  • Foster a positive and thriving team culture, supporting colleagues and contributing to a shared mission of mental wellness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist at Vision in Mind, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential is essential.
