To thrive as a PACS Assistant, you need a solid understanding of medical imaging processes, computer proficiency, and a high school diploma or relevant certification. Familiarity with Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), hospital information systems (HIS), and digital imaging tools is typically required.
