      - Participate in peer review and QA processes
      - Will service VISN 9 Medical Centers & their associated radiology service locations

Requirements:
• Active & unrestricted license in any states
• BC/BE in Diagnostic Rad and or Nuclear Med
• DEA
• HIPAA & VA mandatory training compliance
• Certificate of completion for privacy & security & patient privacy HIPPA training courses
