We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to focus on new business-to-business account development within the Central and Coastal regions of Florida. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building, sales presentations, and meeting a sales quota.


This position can be based in any of the Central or Coastal areas of Florida


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for annual new business goals for assigned territory.
  • Responsible for assisting in new lead generation along with making cold/warm calls
  • Understand and take action on customer needs
  • Make sales presentations to board members and homeowners
  • Manage sales lead database
  • Respond to and successfully handle any new business inquiries as quickly as possible
  • As assigned, situationally work with division and/or home office resources to save and cure existing Most at Risk identified communities.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven success in an outside sales role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to travel within an assigned territory, including air and overnight travel
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous Community Management Experience, preferred but not required
  • Professional, organized, and self-motivated
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
