Questco is hiring multiple highly-motivated Business Development Managers to help us continue our nationwide expansion. In this outside sales role, you'll lead the charge in acquiring new clients and delivering powerful PEO solutions that help businesses thrive. We're looking for a self-starter who values autonomy, consultative selling, and the opportunity to earn uncapped income.

What You'll Do

  • Identify leads and pursue new business opportunities within your geographic region and possibly beyond
  • Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers through face-to-face and virtual outreach
  • Lead consultative sales conversations to uncover business needs and present tailored PEO solutions
  • Execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to strengthen outreach strategies
  • Track pipeline, activity, and client interactions in CRM software
  • Represent Questco professionally at local events, associations, and industry groups

  • 5+ years of B2B business development experience (PEO or HR outsourcing preferred)
  • Strong presentation and closing skills with a consultative approach

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
