Job Description

The Outside Sales Business Development Executive will be a strong sales leader with a successful record of accomplishment of selling janitorial & maintenances building services to property and facility managers in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Southern Maryland areas. This professional will generate sales by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.

         Systematic and focused development of assigned market area of the Baltimore-Washington DC Metro Area

         Identify, qualify and quantify top prospects and develop focused account plans for all strategic accounts

         Sell B2B - business to business - commercial cleaning

         Contribute to company positioning and market strategy by monitoring industry trends, key players, and competitors.

         Networking and joining local organizations to grow strategic relationships in the industry.

         Daily calls and meetings with developers, property managers, and facilities managers.

         Managing the proposal development process, while maintaining the timelines in conjunction with the VP of Business Development.

         Daily use of a CRM system to create a database of opportunities for sales forecasting & resource planning.

         Responsible for aggressively developing a pipeline of new business focusing on all verticals.

         Maintaining & supporting an active presence at various association trade shows and events.

         Prospecting for leads

         Competitive analysis

         Contract review with potential new clients
