Position Overview
The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating sales and business development revenue for TMT's Digital Trust and Safety solutions, focused on media technology partnerships and publisher relationships across formats. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, a robust network of ad tech relationships, and a proven track record of selling to both publishers and ad tech companies. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Drive new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales for TMT's Digital Trust and Safety solutions within the digital media and ad tech sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across publishers, ad tech vendors, advertisers, and agencies.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets, contributing to TMT's growth objectives.
    • Conduct high-level sales presentations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders, effectively communicating TMT's value proposition and ROI.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial deals.
  • Market Expertise & Strategy:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
    • Represent TMT at industry events and meetings.
    • Provide feedback to TMT's product and marketing teams to improve commercial execution, market alignment and customer requirements.
  • Account Management & Customer Success:
    • Support the effective hand-over, deployment and growth of new accounts, while also ensuring efficient billing and contract performance.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with TMT's solutions and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell TMT services.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline in TMT's CRM system.
    • Report regularly on progress against sales targets and KPIs, identifying any barriers to success and proposing solutions.

Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media sales or business development, with a strong focus on ad tech solutions.
    • Proven track record of success selling to publishers and ad tech companies in areas such as ad fraud prevention, malware protection, data privacy, or brand safety.
    • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, RTB, and ad exchanges.
