Holland Sharpe is hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our Nashville and surrounding areas territory.

This is atrue outside sales / hunter rolefocused on winning new business inmanufacturing, construction, and skilled trades.

If you’re motivated byprospecting, closing deals, and controlling your income, this role offers strong upside and clear expectations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary:$65,000
  • Uncapped commission (earn from day one)
  • Weekly pay (base + commission)
  • Typical earnings:$85,000 – $150,000+

What You’ll Do

  • Make50+ outbound calls dailyto generate new business
  • Prospect, qualify, andclose new client accounts
  • Manage aNashville territory (1–1.5 hour radius)
