Wylander, a recruiting company specializing in the flooring industry, is looking for a passionate Outside Sales Representative for a full-service restoration company located in Pottstown, PA.

Outside Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits:

They are seeking a candidate who can create new prospects and clients, provide an exceptional client experience, ability to show compassion, while building new relationships with organizations to help them achieve their next stage of growth. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account. They will need to generate and secure new sales revenue by prospecting and adding customers.

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Design an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships
  • Create and maintain sales route records
  • Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects
  • Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of restoration services
  • Responsible for achieving company sales targets and update management on the status of accounts
  • Opportunities for growth and potential to oversee sales staff
  • Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community
  • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
