Job description

Patriot Industries is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Order Entry Specialist to support our Inside Sales Team. This position will be located in our Louisa, VA Location.

Founded in 2010 by Tom & Sarah Click, Patriot Industries is the only American Owned & Operated Family Business producing the full lines of Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Rigid Steel, and EMT Conduit Products and Fittings. The company has 3 Factories in North America…2 in Virginia, and 1 at in Pasadena TX. Patriot maintains inventory in 12 Locations throughout the USA and is aiming for significant growth in 2025.


Responsibilities:

  • Data/Order entry, process orders customer orders (SO), & process returns (RMA)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the Company's products and services

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience in data/order entry
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Demonstrates high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience in ERP systems similar to SAP, NetSuite, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in EDI, a plus
