Part-Time Customer Service / Order Entry for medical device company located in Irvine.

This is a Temporary to Hire opportunity. Hours are 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Monday - FridayPaying $25-29/hr depending on experience. Ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, with 7+ years' experience, and willing to grow into full-time hours. 


Essential Duties:

  • Setting up of accounts and order entry of new orders.
  • Follow up regarding status of existing orders.


Requirements:

  • Min 7 years Administrative/Customer Service with order entry experience.is needed
  • Accurate Data Entry at min 7,500 kph; 50 wpm.
  • Experience using CRM system; co will train on their system (SalesForce).
  • Ability to catch on quickly and work independently or with a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
