Job description

Warehouse Clerk
Looking for clerk with experience in shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checking goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.

  • Location: Englewood, CO
  • Salary range: $35,000.00 - $55,000 based on Education and Experience
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 7 AM - 4 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop packaging for instruments with product manager and engineers.
  • Preparing outgoing packages to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Maintain packaging inventory to support shipping schedule.
  • Verify items and instruments for shipment against sales orders.
  • Prepare domestic and international paperwork for shipping including government filing.
  • Package instruments and parts in accordance with developed procedures to ensure safe transport.
  • Ship instruments, part orders, and materials according to schedule
Education and/or Experience
  • 2-3 shipping/warehouse management experience
  • International shipping experience would be a plus
  • Logistics/material flow experience a must
  • Forklift and pallet jack operation
  • Organization and attention to detail a must
  • MS Office skills, word and excel.
  • High School Diploma/GED required
