About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. This role is essential to protecting our seller reputation and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

  • Provide best-in-class customer support via email and marketplace messaging
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
  • Deliver solutions that drive satisfaction and retention

Order & Issue Resolution

  • Assist customers with order status, delivery issues, and product inquiries
  • Troubleshoot shipment delays, missing items, and damaged goods
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly

Refunds, Returns & Claims

  • Process refunds, credits, and replacements accurately and efficiently
  • Provide clear return instructions and follow through to resolution
  • Support claims, disputes, and negative feedback prevention

Team Collaboration & Workflow Support

  • Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Help maintain a high standard of service and response times

✔ Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
