About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. This role is essential to protecting our seller reputation and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
- Provide best-in-class customer support via email and marketplace messaging
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Deliver solutions that drive satisfaction and retention
Order & Issue Resolution
- Assist customers with order status, delivery issues, and product inquiries
- Troubleshoot shipment delays, missing items, and damaged goods
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to resolve issues quickly
Refunds, Returns & Claims
- Process refunds, credits, and replacements accurately and efficiently
- Provide clear return instructions and follow through to resolution
- Support claims, disputes, and negative feedback prevention
Team Collaboration & Workflow Support
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Help maintain a high standard of service and response times
What We’re Looking For
âś” 2+ years of customer service or e-commerce support experience
âś” Strong ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
âś” Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
âś” Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
âś” Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
âś” Coachable, confident, and committed to delivering outstanding service
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Amazon, Walmart, or eBay customers
- Familiarity with shipping carriers and delivery troubleshooting
