Job description

The QTI Group is partnering with a manufacturer in the Madison, WI area seeking an International Customer Service Representative (Temporary) to assist their International Customer Service team. This onsite, temporary position is covering a leave of absence and is expected to last at least 6 weeks. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 1st shift (7:30 AM-4:15 PM with a 45-minute lunch), with some flexibility. Pay is $22+/hr. based on experience.
This role will focus on supporting day-to-day customer service and logistical functions, assisting with orders, shipments, and general team coordination rather than owning the full scope of the position.
Responsibilities:Assist with order entry, updates, and tracking for international customers.
Support shipment coordination and help prepare basic documentation.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on orders.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations.
Provide administrative and project support as needed.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with international shipping, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
Familiarity with Incoterms is preferred.
Previous customer service or order processing experience is preferred.
