Job Description
Summary
Under supervision of the Project Manager, the Data Entry Coordinator responsibilities include preparing comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects. The Data Entry Coordinator will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, the Data Entry Coordinator should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
The initial project assignment is anticipated to be long term and will be in the Baltimore City area. There will also be possible participation on projects in other BTG service markets including the Washington, DC metropolitan area; Hampton Roads, VA; Richmond, VA; and the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Audit sub-contractor's records for compliance with established standards
  • Maintain time and attendance records
  • Post changes in payroll and tax status in B2GNow and LCP Tracker
  • Perform data entry to establish and maintain subcontractor's backdated payroll records
  • Utilize Excel to export reports in B2GNow and LCP Tracker
  • Communicate effectively internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct site visit audits
  • Other related duties

Requirements:
  • BS in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Data Entry Coordinator or similar role
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. B2BNow and LCP Tracker) preferred
  • PMP/6 Sigma certification is a plus
