These skills ensure accurate and efficient traveler processing while maintaining security and a positive customer experience.

What is a Global Entry?

A Global Entry job typically refers to positions related to the administration and operation of the Global Entry program, which is managed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Employees in these roles may be responsible for processing applications, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. These jobs are usually held by CBP officers or other government personnel who facilitate expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers.
